A dental laboratory specializing in Fixed, Removable and Orthodontic Prosthetics. Our specialty products include Anterior Cosmetic Dentistry, Fixed Prosthetic Implants, Implant Retained Over-Dentures, Zirconia CAD/CAM Ceramics, All Ceramic Crowns, and Precision Attachments for Removable Prosthetic Dentures.

Company History:

Craig Feddersen and Michael Byczynski Sr. started Z Laboratories in July of 2009. Since they are not from the industry they hired some of the most experienced technicians and managers in the Denver Metro area. Z Lab is a new dental lab with some not so new faces. Mike Byczynski, Bob Jordan, Marcee Young, and Dave Herrera have owned and worked in dental laboratories for a combined experience of 104 years. Mike, Bob and Marcee have been directors of the Colorado Dental Laboratory Association (CDLA). And Bob is a Past President. Bob was also a delegate to CDA House of Delegates in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 (Only two non-dentists are allowed as delegates) and in 2008 was recognized as the CDA Volunteer of the year for his efforts with the Colorado Mission of Mercy Project (COMOM).

We all love our work and believe it is an honor to be able to help people smile. Because we love what we do, we do not take short cuts and believe everyone deserves the best possible prosthesis. We use our experience to help each other achieve the best possible outcome for every patient, whether it’s full pay or a donated dental case. We are respected members of the dental community and volunteer our time to help charities and the dental team. Most importantly, all of our skills compliment each other. We have formal training in all facets of dental technology but we all have our favorite specialties. Together we can fill any of your dental laboratory needs.

Z Laboratories (Z Lab) builds smiles for our client’s patients. We collaborate with client dental teams to produce quality dental prostheses at value prices. We search out new technologies and procedures to stay at the forefront of our industry and believe that holding and participating in continuing education is vital to our growth. Because we manufacture body parts and not widgets, every prosthesis is custom crafted with expert skill and great care.
